NowForum Sydney 2017 was the only event on the Australian IT calendar where leaders can come together and be motivated through an engaged experience of learning, collaboration and exposure to provocative ideas that make sense of the increasingly complex world of enterprise workflows and service levels. ServiceNow wanted attendees leaving not only informed, but immersed, entertained, energised and converted to be a ServiceNow advocate.

Idea:

Working at Lightspeed was brought to life through technology and intelligent spatial zones. GPJ weaved light and colour through every aspect to ensure our theme was immersive for ServiceNow’s audience and created a memorable experience, with a key takeaway message that ServiceNow was imperative to improving guests service levels, energising employees and changing the way enterprises work at Lightspeed.

Implementation:

GPJ led what was an intense energised experience for delegates. The event included inspiring insights through keynotes, customer sessions and special guest speakers which helped invitees explore ServiceNow’s clouding solutions and product lines. The ExpoNow exhibition hall was a highlight of the event and helped delegates discover the latest technology solutions, have their questions answered at the ServiceNow Genius Lounge and finally wind down and raise a glass at the Networking Happy Hour.
