Our management team has extensive experience in strategy, planning, design, software development, marketing, operations and advertising.

Caleb Bush

Caleb is both an award-winning Creative Producer and a strategic and intuitive business leader who manages a dynamic team of over 90 staff and 30 clients across Australia.
He has over 12 years’ experience in creating and delivering experiences for the world’s most iconic brands including; Emirates, Mercedes, Visa and the Australian Government. Key to Caleb’s success is his ability to listen and understand clients’ needs, translating them into highly effective experience-led campaigns.
Under his management, GPJ continues to evolve and expand its client base and offering. He is a true believer that the creative process is at the core of any message.

Marc Iacono

Marc has over 20 years working in the experiential and events marketing industry, as an awarded Producer activating for some of Australia’s largest corporations, including Olympics, FIFA, Formula 1 and The Australian Open. Marc’s knowledge and production experience helps to blend the physical experience with brand objectives in an intelligent and engaging manner to deliver proven results. With a double degree in Marketing and Management and a PR diploma he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

As Director of Operations, Marc is responsible for the day-to-day internal operations of the business.

Dean Moore

Dean has over 13 years experience in accounting, finance and corporate services across various entertainment and media industries including MTV UK and Sky Sports.

Dean’s experience includes providing financial and business partnering solutions and contribution to growth, delivering business and process improvements.

Managing day-to-day finance operations, staff and talent development, and building stakeholder relationships.

Sara Hill

Sara, a detail-oriented 16-year veteran of the events industry has received overwhelming praise from her clients both locally and internationally across the APAC region for her ability to create meaningful experiences on brief, on budget and on time. Always exceeding Clients expectations and delivering high standards of customer service. During her career Sara has worked with event/integrated agencies, specialising in servicing B2B corporates in meeting their event and business objectives for an array of diverse industries: Information Technology, Automotive, Social Media, and Telecommunications. Sara’s strength’s encompasses strong strategic leadership and client relationship management.

Will Halliday

Will has a distinguished international career with leading management consulting groups such as Accenture & PWC, along with marketing agencies including Host, Wunderman and Imagination. He is a highly respected marketer who has developed innovative solutions for clients around the world. Will excels in the nexus between strategy, creativity and technology. With an MBA from leading French university ESCP-EAP & a MCom from UNSW, Will has the intellectual horsepower to solve your toughest business and creative problems.

James David

With over 12 years of experience in design, experiential, digital and branding across Australia and London, James has delivered influential creative in both agency and client side environments. James’ focus has always been on creating holistic brand experiences. This dedication and passion has seen him work with some of the world’s most iconic companies including Honda, Tesla, IBM and Visa. James was also instrumental in the launch of Virgin Wines locally, where he was Head of Design and oversaw the brand and communication strategy from the ground up. James brings this diverse experience to GPJ, combining it with a strong desire of creating excellence.

Felippe Diaz

Felippe believes that strong relationships are at the core of producing great work. For over 15 years, he has worked with global brands to help them plan and implement successful marketing and communications campaigns. His passion for Information Technology and Telecommunications has seen Felippe add value and growth for SingTel Optus, IBM, Salesforce and Oracle to name a few.

Justine Carr

Justine has over 16 years experience in developing event strategies, designing and delivering corporate events end to end, brand communication, audience engagement, running sponsorship and marketing campaigns and client relationship management. Justine has delivered a diverse range of high quality events for blue chip clients in the B2B and B2C sectors, including conferences, product launches, exhibitions, drive programs, major award shows, press launches, road-shows, concerts and festivals.

Tyronne O’Callaghan

Tyronne is a strategic marketer with a strong focus on client services. He has a background in below-the-line marketing and data analytics, along with diverse industry experience including IT, Automotive, Financial Services and Government. Over the last 12-years, Tyronne has led key account teams across Asia Pacific for clients such as IBM, Volkswagen, Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg. Proving his passion for thinking outside the box he challenges traditional thoughts and models and is constantly on a quest to develop insight and solutions that take things to the next level for his clients.

Patty Roberts

Patty has over 7 years of events industry experience. His career has seen him involved in the production of Brisbane Festival, Sydney Film Festival, Brisbane International Film Festival, Bluesfest and St Kilda Festival. As some of Australia’s most notable arts, music and film festivals, Patty worked alongside Artistic Directors, Executive Producers, Artists, Agents and venues on delivering challenging and entertaining programs. Patty’s experience with major festivals has instilled in him a strong knowledge and skill set of event logistics and stakeholder management, key attributes he currently carries into his daily work with leading GPJ client Amazon Web Services.

Natalie Pronin

With over 15 years experience, Natalie has produced award winning projects for numerous high profile clients. Her keen creative eye, attention to detail and enthusiasm for her clients is what sets her apart in bringing big ideas to life. Growing and maintaining relationships is at the heart of everything she does which makes her a great leader for the WA region.

Natalie has a Post Graduate Diploma, Producing, Australian Film Television & Radio School (AFTRS) and an Advance Diploma, Film & Television Production - KvB College (Bond University Queensland).

Jayne Cook

Jayne is the driving force behind the Melbourne office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations.

With over 11 years’ worth of invaluable live event management and production experience producing events such as the Ellen DeGeneres Australian Tour, Australian Fashion Week and some of Melbourne’s most iconic major events which include Melbourne Cup Carnival and Australian Grand Prix to name a few.

Jayne is passionate about creating meaningful experience whilst ensuring high standards are met at all times.

Myles Thompson

Myles studied at Central St Martins, London, majoring in Theatre Set Design Starting with a hands-on skill base soon transitioned into 3D computer graphics and his first major role was working on the UK classic, Captain Scarlet with Gerry Anderson building 3D computer assets. Myles was involved in the design and creation piece for many high profile events including the BAFTA awards and the Radio Times awards in London. In 2011 Myles moved to Sydney bringing a wealth of international design experience. Myles pursued his passion of all things digital and he now enjoys using his creative energy as our Senior 3D Designer.

Tomaz Kljakovic

Tomaz has over a decade of experience across B2B and B2C marketing and technology both created and produced large scale ATL and BTL events and digital campaign in a range of industry sectors such as: start up, FMCG, Restaurant, IT, Hospitality, Automotive, Healthcare, Packaging, Audio and Lighting.

Engaging with stakeholders at a senior level Tomaz primarily focuses on growing businesses’ profiles and profits through implementing strategy, creativity, campaigns and processes. Tomaz has an innate ability to efficiently identify and create a solution and strategy to any client challenge.

David Tea

David joined the company in May 2015. He currently manages the IS/IT function across GPJ's Sydney, Melbourne and Perth offices. Before joining GPJ, David was Information Systems Manager at Takeda Pharmaceuticals Australia, a top 15 ranking pharmaceutical company globally. With over 12 years’ experience David has worked under various roles within Australia and Asia Pacific planning and delivering high quality environments and projects.
