To create a two day technology conference demonstrating the latest innovation in cloud based accounting and next generation workflow solutions. The conference consisted of a keynote presentation room within the main expo hall, three separate breakouts, evening cocktail party Day 1 and a gala dinner on Day 2.
GPJ designed the Xerocon experience using the unique elements of the venue coupled with the leading event technology to give delegates a personlised experience across the three days. Each delegate received SMS notification ahead of the event with their e-ticket for registration and upon entering the venue, were handed a smart badge that allowed them to electronically collect mechandise, exchange details, register their interest electronically with exhibitors and access the Gala Dinner.
In addition to driving the experience with techhnology, the environment was comfortable, with lots of space to sit down, network and jump online. All food on the menu designed with fresh seasonal produce.
1800 delegates on-site, 200 Xero staff hosting demos, workshops and answering questions. Tailored content to bookkeepers, accountants and small businesses spanning over two and a half days.
