An Australian approach to hospitality at one of Japan’s biggest exhibitions.
At GasTech Japan, Woodside wanted to create a world-class exhibition stand to highlight the company’s core values as a sustainable, community-focused, technology leader, as well as showcase its reputation for friendly, Down Under hospitality.
The high-quality, adaptable and reusable exhibition stand featured two VIP meeting rooms, interactive educational elements, an open networking space and a custom coffee counter. A VIP cocktail party was hosted at an Australian-owned restaurant in the heart of Tokyo, complete with wines from Western Australia’s Margaret River region.
Woodside was a notable presence at the exhibition, earning praise for its high-quality stand and networking events. The cocktail party was billed as “the party to go to” at the conference, and was well attended by delegates, potential partners, customers and even the CEOs of the other major companies in the market.
