Registration Manager

About The Role

Initially a 12 month contract, this role may lead to a permanent position.

As Registration Manager, your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing a team of Registration Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives
  • Account and client management
  • Oversee implementation of global process into the APAC region
  • Leading and supporting clients in proactively creating and maintaining registration processes and systems to best support client and attendee requirements
  • Financial event management and reconciliation including managing event budgets, incomings and outgoings and continued reporting to clients
  • Planning and executing onsite delivery including organisation of onsite staff and understanding of technical requirements
  • Deal with difficult delegate queries and diffusing escalated complaints
  • Training new support staff as required

Registration Lead

About The Role

Initially a 12-month contract, this role may lead to a permanent position.

As Registration Lead, your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading the registration process from start to finish for allocated clients and support jobs currently being covered within the registration remit of the business
  • Attending client meetings and taking part in regular WIP meetings with internal and external teams and clients to enable effective project planning
  • Attending site visits with the production teams to ensure registration space is suitable
  • Supporting and facilitating delegate queries by monitoring event email addresses and phone lines including coverage at break times for other staff
  • Planning and managing the on-site registration process including the management of registration casual staff
  • Ensuring consistent high quality of all project documentation and administration and the timely dissemination to all relevant stakeholders, and ongoing development of registration processes
  • Providing timely registration reporting to clients as required
  • Managing multiple events simultaneously during certain times of the year
  • Working with the Registration Manager to ensure that confirmations are created, accurate and sent out in a timely manner

3D / Environmental Designer

As Environmental Designer your responsibilities will include:


  • Playing a supporting role to the Senior Environmental Designer in larger projects with conceptualising, designing, visualising and the preparation of documentation
  • The management of smaller 3D projects
  • Providing input into the creative process of allocated projects
  • Liaising with project stakeholders including 2D, digital, production, technical, suppliers and clients

Event Producer

About The Role

As Event Producer, your responsibilities will include:


  • Day-to-day management of the account including a sound knowledge of the client contract and account details
  • Facilitating communication between the client and the project delivery team
  • Assisting in the writing of reverse briefs, proposals, content and debriefs
  • Nurturing, developing and driving client service
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, budgets are met and expectations exceeded
  • Acting as gatekeeper of information on the account i.e. brand books, products, market segment data and research
  • Driving the concept and proposal post brief
  • In conjunction with the creative services team, designing and leading the team in the development of project content
  • Being involved with strategy, research and planning during concept development
  • Managing overall project elements
  • Preparation and review of schedules, budgets and critical paths
  • Onsite client, team and supplier management
  • Organising and leading the post project debrief internally and with the client
  • Contributing to strategic discussions and articulate ideas in a clear concise manner
